Stewardship starts with ensuring everyone is safe at all times, and it continues as we find opportunities to impact the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of those around us. Bech Royal Energy employs a proactive relationship-based approach to project safety management called ALLSAFE. We focus on team building to create and maintain a positive safety culture where safety, quality, and productivity are not conflicting goals but are recognized as integral components of a successful project. Bech Royal Energy is committed to making safety our primary focus and concern on each project. Our Safety Department, consisting of credentialed professionals, is intimately involved in the planning and execution of each project and is an essential part of the construction process. All Bech Royal Energy projects participate in the OSHA Consultation Program. We were pleased to invite Cal/OSHA to review our safety program on two of our recent 200MW+ solar projects in California. On both occasions Signal Energy received the Golden Gate Partnership Recognition award for safety.
